COVID-19 Safety

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and have put strict health and safety measures in place that follow the Office for Health Improvement & Disparities (OHID) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) guidelines to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

GoMove Physio may change its COVID-19 Safety policy in accordance with the OHID, CSP and local guidance. You should check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes. These terms and conditions are effective from 26th of November 2022.

COVID-19 Screening

1. Have you tested for COVID-19 in the last 5 days?
2. Have you had contact with a known or suspected COVID-19-positive person in the last 10 days?
3. Do you have influenza-like symptoms? Fever ≥37.8°C and at least one of the following respiratory symptoms, which must be of acute onset: persistent cough (with or without sputum), hoarseness, nasal discharge or congestion, shortness of breath, sore throat, wheezing, sneezing).
4. Do you feel unwell?

If you answered 'Yes' to any of the questions above, please do not book an appointment yet, try to reschedule your booked appointment, or try to request a virtual consultation instead as soon as you can (if possible).

Infection Prevention and Control Measures

• Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccination for our staff
• At least once a week COVID-19 test for our staff
• Personal Protective Equipment (as per national and local guidelines and service user's preference)
• Decontamination of reusable patient care equipment (between each and after patient use)
• Hand hygiene
