We recommend using our Online Booking System for the quickest and most seamless experience. If you are unable to book online, please contact us via email to request an electronic invoice for advance payment.

Payment Policy: To secure your appointment, all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our online portal or e-invoice. For Insurance-related appointments, invoices will be issued following each session or in accordance with your provider's terms.

In-Person Exceptions: For initial consultations, we may—at our discretion—allow payment to be processed during the appointment for those who have difficulty accessing the internet. However, all subsequent follow-up sessions must be settled in advance (this can be done at the end of your current appointment to secure the next one).

The main areas we cover include Torquay, Paignton and Brixham (Zone 1 & 2 services). We could also cover surrounding areas (up to 10 miles from Torquay) but would require you to book our Zone 3 services.

You must book on specific locations on allocated town days only.

Torquay (TQ1 & TQ2): Mon & Thu only

Paignton (TQ3 & TQ4): Tue & Fri only

Brixham (TQ5): Wed & Sat only

If there are no available slots left on your allocated town days, consider our Zone 2 services for more flexible bookings.

Alternatively, we also offer a more convenient and cost-effective service in our sports injury clinic for acute and sub-acute sports-related injuries.

Our high-level outpatient clinic primarily focuses on sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal/orthopaedic conditions. 

To ensure maximum clinical safety, treatment efficacy and time efficiency (30-min follow ups), we welcome neurological and elderly rehab patients who present with mild ambulatory limitations. 

Prior to attending the clinic, neuro and elderly rehab patients must meet all of the following functional criteria:

• Equipment: you can walk independently unaided or use a walking stick/crutch/walker. (If you require significant hands-on help from a caregiver or specialised transfer equipment, our outpatient clinic may not be a suitable fit).
• Walking Distance: you can walk continuously for 5+ minutes (approx. 300 meters / 4-5 blocks) without stopping to rest.
• Speed & Balance: I can independently stand up from a chair, walk 3 meters (10 feet), turn around, walk back, and sit down in under 14 seconds without any physical assistance.

Please note: Our clinic treadmill is a non-medical grade system designed exclusively for high-level athletic conditioning, gait analysis, and late-stage sports rehabilitation (105kg max load). It is not suitable for individuals with underlying neurological, cognitive, or balance impairments. Additionally, if you require complex handling, mobility support, or a longer follow-up session, we highly recommend our comprehensive 45-minute specialist home-visit service to best support your rehabilitation.

Yes, all our physiotherapists are fully licensed and registered with recognised professional bodies, such as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). This ensures they meet the highest standards of training and ethical practice.

We offer a 48hr cancellation policy and 24hr rescheduling policy. Simply call or email us within our policy to amend your appointment schedule without incurring a charge.
