Case Managed Physio

Our physiotherapy services within managed care programs, including musculoskeletal physio and neuro rehabilitation, are designed to support recovery through structured, goal-oriented rehabilitation—not medicolegal evaluation. We work collaboratively with case managers to provide consistent, high-quality care focused on restoring function and improving patient outcomes.

All assessments, progress updates, and treatment plans are strictly clinical in nature. We do not provide medicolegal reports for legal proceedings. Our role is to assist with rehabilitation planning and return-to-work or daily activity goals under a coordinated care model.

Specialised Functional Assessment

Our Specialised Functional Assessment (SFA) Service provides a meticulous and evidence-based evaluation of your physical capacity, specifically designed to offer detailed, objective clinical evidence of your function. This service is focused on assessing your specific needs and formulating a detailed report that documents your mobility, functional limitations, and ability to perform essential daily and work-related activities using standardised outcome measures, all within the scope of physiotherapy services, including musculoskeletal physio and neuro rehabilitation, rather than immediate rehabilitation planning.

The professional report establishes a clear, measurable picture of your current functional status for use in various contexts.

GoMove Physio and its team do not accept Blue Badge, PIP, or ESA applications. Eligibility is determined solely by the Local Council/Issuing Authority/DWP. Submission of this supportive evidence report does not guarantee approval.

Home Physiotherapy Services

All reports are strictly clinical and descriptive, designed to support administrative tasks, case coordination, and application processes—specifically related to musculoskeletal physio and neuro rehabilitation—not medicolegal opinions. \n\nAdministrative Note: All reports in Tiers 2 and 3 incur a separate administration/writing fee listed below. This fee is for professional documentation time and is in addition to the clinical assessment fee associated with our physiotherapy services. \n\nTier 1 (free): \n- Discharge summary to GP and patient (upon request only). \n- Referral letter to another provider. \n- Mandatory safeguarding referral and reports. \n- Statutory Fit Note >7 Days (if deemed appropriate). \n\nTier 2 (£20): \n- Brief progress report for case managers (if requested). \n- Statutory Fit Note <7 Days (if requested). \n\nTier 3a - Detailed Case Managed Report (£30): \n- Detailed initial assessment and final reports for case managers. \n\nTier 3b - Detailed Functional Assessment Report (fee included in the SFA service or £40 for the report only [for existing patients]): \n- Detailed functional assessment report as supporting evidence for applications (Blue Badge, PIP, ESA), work abilities & overall mobility.
