In order to book and secure an appointment with us, we encourage everyone that can access our website to book via our secured online booking system for a seamless experience. 

In exceptional circumstances, you may request for an invoice to be sent via email for advanced payment or pre-book an initial consultation and pay on the day via tap-and-pay (follow-ups require advanced payment).

The main areas we cover include Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. We could also cover surrounding areas but would require additional travel fee depending on the distance. 

Alternatively, we also offer a more convenient and cost-effective service in our virtual physio service.

Family members and input are integral in supporting what we do and in your recovery. We welcome family members to be present during your appointment if you wish.

Yes, all our physiotherapists are fully licensed and registered with recognised professional bodies, such as the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). This ensures they meet the highest standards of training and ethical practice.

We offer a 48hr cancellation policy and 24hr rescheduling policy. Simply call or email us within our policy to amend your appointment schedule without incurring a charge.
